Our shopping cart will process your order using a secure server. You
can make payments by entering your credit card information online,
using PayPal, giving us your information over the phone, or by sending
us a check or your credit card information via regular mail. At your
request, we are happy to call and take your credit card information on
our dime! Please remember not to email your credit card information to
us; it's not a secure to way to transmit that information. Your credit
card information will only used to pay for your order and shipping.

Ordering online with Wild Woozle is quick and
secure. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover,

SHIPPING TIME and COST
We ship most retail orders within 2-3 business days of receiving your
order. We ship via UPS ground, which, according to UPS, can take up to
7 to 10 business days within the continental United States. All of our
products are hand-crafted with care, and our personal attention is
given to each order. If you have a specific deadline in mind, just note
it in the comment box at checkout; we'll do our best to meet your
needs.
Shipping charges for retail orders are charged a flat rate of $9.00 for
orders from $0 to $74.99; shipping is free for orders over $75.00.
Occassionally, we run shipping specials;
sign up for our
newsletter to be notified of these.
Contact us for
wholesale shipping lead times and costs. Expedited shipping is also
available, upon request.
International orders will be shipped via UPS Global Express or U.S. postal service and will be charged actual shipping costs. Please let us know if you want to use alternate shipping arrangements.
ORDER TRACKING
After you place an order, you'll receive an automated email
confirmation. You will also receive an email from UPS, with a tracking
number and a delivery date, once your order has been shipped. If you
don't receive these confirmation, please
email customer
service.
SALES TAX
Wild Woozle is required by law to collect sales tax on orders shipped
to Washington State.
BACKORDERS & OUT OF STOCK
It hardly ever happens, but it could! If you order a product that is
out of stock, we'll let you know via email and give you the option to
backorder or choose a replacement.
RETURN POLICY & GUARANTEE
Wild Woozle Soap Company wants you to be satisfied with your goodies.
If we missed the mark in some way, please
email customer
service within 14 days of when you receive your package. You can
choose to either return or exchange the products. We can't accept used
products after that time. We will be happy to replace any damaged or
defective item immediately or give you a refund. We are unable to
refund shipping charges.
